How do I return an item?

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order in the packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

Here’s what you need to do:

Go to Order details & initiate return by clicking on the return button.
Select each item and your reason for returning.
Finish the return process & the shipping company will collect it from you.

Returns from different brands or vendors should be packaged separately.

Prepare your return
Place the item inside the packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases.
Attach your Return Label to the outside of the packaging.
If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package.
Give the Waybill Doc to the courier.
What is the cost of replacement and return?

Of course, it is free for the first time, but if the replacement request is repeated, a fee of 25 riyals minimum will be charged for each subsequent request.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items cannot be returned.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags.
If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received by us, it can take up to 7 working days to process.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty items

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact our Customer Service team ([email protected]).

Can I return a gift?

Sorry, you cannot create a return for gifts.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

Unfortunately, if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.
